I add frozen garden peas to my smoothies in the morning, just a handful, you can't taste them, but it's a great way to ram more raw green veg into my day. :encouragement:

It's peas with everything in this house, they are so versatile and I make a mean green pea and parmesan risotto :encouragement:
What I love about peas is that they are cheap, easy to come by, versatile, kids love them and because they are frozen they don't go off.
