For the dough;
350g organic flour (mix of plain/wholemeal)
2 tsb olive oil
pinch of salt
8g yeast
Water, start with 50ml and add additional as required.
Combine the ingredients and kneed for correct consistency, let rise for 1 hour+
Then for the topping;
- tomato purée
- herbs
- pepper
- tomato
- red onion
Oven @ 200 degrees and cook approx 20-30 mins.
