    I agree, it is something that has never crossed my mind, and I’ll be honest, I didn’t really know what ‘fair trade’ actually stood for.

    Would I get the same benefits from eating After Eight mints?! I do love 3 or 4 after my evening meal

    I have to admit, that I had no idea that dark chocolate was so healthy for you. I have to say, I notice Bournville is not mentioned, do I presume there are different qualities of dark chocolate?

    I like the idea that you suggest a healthy way to make 100% palatable, because let’s be honest, it’s disgusting! But I’m guessing that with the honey and pistachios it would actually work out healthier than 85%?
