Okay, so I am trying to make long term lifestyle changes to my diet, this involves cutting out sugar, alcohol, processed food and wheat.
But, it's the summer months and I'm being invited to weddings, BBQ's, parties, local evets etc...
I don't want to be a misery and not go, I don't want to ruin my diet, and I don't want to look like a weirdo and take a packed lunch....
Can anyone make any suggestions to help me out?
