So, this smoothie sounds at bit odd , but, it is in fact a creamy, peanut butter-caramel, and oh, so healthy

    500ml Unsweetened Almond milk,
1 cup of Semi-cooked cauliflower florets
    1 Ripe Banana
3 soaked Medjool dates, stone removed
1 heaped teaspoon of 100% peanut butter

Put all the ingredients into a blender and the enjoy!

If you wanted this to be really cold, put the semi-cooked cauliflower, and banana in the freezer for a few hours before making.

Not sure I like the idea of this one but the trend seems to be cauliflower rice at the moment so it looks like the bland vegetables is getting a makeover

I have to agree with you on this one, I can’t imagine drinking cauliflower but I have noticed the new trend to use cauliflower in alternative ways
