I switched to organic brown some years ago now and much prefer the taste and texture. I don't think it takes that much longer to cook. I don't understand why it is so hard to get hold of in boil in the bag versions, sometimes when I'm camping, I like to take rice, but end up being stuck with White rice.

I have to admit I didn't realise there were so many B vitamins in rice, which is good to know.
