Yarrow
Yarrow has been used for thousands of years as a sacred and medicinal herb. Its Latin name Achillea derives from its legendary use by Achilles for healing the battle wounds of his soldiers.
The oil can vary between pale to dark or greenish-blue, with a powerful herbaceous and slightly sweet smell.

I have loads of yarrow in the garden, and drink it as an infusion from the dried herb, would the benefits be the same in this form when compared to the essential oil?
