The pain of kidney stones, any recommendations for preventing and breaking up kidney stones naturally. I am under the care of my GP, but wondered if there was any suggestions to help me help myself now and in the future.

I do feel so sorry for you. My ex husband had kidney stones and he was in the most terrible pain. My advice is to drink regularly throughout the day as one of the main causes in men is because they don’t drink enough.

Black seed oil is said to help break kidney stones up. But you would need to do some searching for confirmation of this and dosage. Warmth applied to the kidney, flank area can help ease the pain.

A daily shot of Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice nd a little bit or water to make it palatable works wonders, I read this once and gave it a try and it seem to work after a few days the stone was gone. I did add a small amount of honey to help the medicine go down as so to speak.
