The NHS Test and Trace app is live and people are rushing to download it but I’m not, am I selfish?

Not sure if it is true but I heard the app only lets you record a positive result not a negative so is it really a true reflection of risk in your area?

No and I have heard that there have been problems with it already. It doesn’t really I still confidence does it?
