I am suffering from acne and I find the more I wash my skin the worse it gets.

Has anyone got any natural remedies I can use?

Take a fish oil supplement and green tea on your skin, it works. Over washing actually causes more spots so keep skin clean but only cleanse twice a day

My advice is to take a zinc supplement and moisturise your face with Aloe Vera, also try not to over wash as it stimulates more oil so the acne gets worse.

Eat a diet rich in vitamin E, there are oils you can apply to your face that help to reduce the appearance of scarring, which may help to improve the overall look of your skin.

It’s Frankincense see https://www.organicallypure.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?731-Frankincense-Boswelia

Ensure you add foods into your diet that are rich in vitamin E and vitamin B-6, both are excellent at rejuvenating skin, and skin damage.

I didn’t realise vitamin B6 was good for skin, do you think it is better to eat the vitamins, or apply them to your skin, like a face mask?

Juniper essential oil (https://www.organicallypure.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?914-Juniper-Juniperus-communis) can help to reduce acne, add to your face cream to reduce breakouts.

Vaseline is very good to help eliminate acne, spread a good amount on clean skin before you go to bed and enjoy the benefits of this after a week of daily use!

I’m convinced acne is representative of our inner world, you need to get your stomach more balanced to improve your skin condition.

Isn’t blue light therapy for acne? Or does red light contain an element of blue light?

I think the red light can help control Acne, but the blue light specifically targets acne and it’s scarring. You can buy machines/masks that have multiple types of light, which may be beneficial and cost effective.
