Mine would be Excuses Be Gone by Wayne Dyer he is so inspirational and if I was stuck on a desert island I would need some inspiration to stay sane! :jb:

I think Bear Grylls will have you eating roasted snake and sleeping inside animal carcasses if his TV show is anything to go by so I would give his book a miss myself :concern:
