My hands are always cold even in the summer, I'm only ever okay when the sun is beating down on me.... then I'm too hot! :sly:

A friend recommended these, has anyone else tried them? and do you know of a more sustainable version? I don't like the idea of buying something over and over again and adding to environmental waste.

Are simple gloves not enough for your cold hands?

Have you been to your doctor about your cold hands? If they are very cold and you struggle to get them warm you may have a condition called Raynauds. Click on the link and it will tell you more about it.

I’ve seen little packs that you can re-use and heat up in the microwave.
