Ginger is said to be very good for circulation and when combined with turmeric it has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect on the body.

I absolutely hate ginger, it reminds me of a particularly horrible man in my life that loved crystalised ginger at Christmas! It’s funny how certain foods can spark memories of people or places.
