I would be grateful if someone could recommend a book, or website to help me grasp the concept of the elements.

I have read them over and over again, but struggle to ‘get it’.

Ant recommendations on understanding it would be appreciated.

:ykies no wonder it’s thousands of years old, I think it would take that to understand it!

Do we need to understand it? If it takes longer than a couple of minutes most people won’t bother with it!

I think if you plan to practice it, it’s important to understand it, I believe the Chinese encompass the principles of the elements in all aspects of their lives.
