Hey guys, i had back pain very badly in the past but i did Bow asana and got rid of it. I am sharing its video here. It is really helpful for those having back pain.

You can try a few Brisbane pilates (https://reformstudios.com.au/mat-intro-offer/) routine and see if that works. It's the same as yoga in some ways. Really gentle on the muscle and bones.

I suffer with back pain and have tried everything to ease the pain so thank you for sharing this, I will give it a try
