View Full Version : Eeek! I've put on weight
Why do I weigh heavier when I get in the bath? I jumped on the scales prior to my bath, and then again post bath and I had put on weight!:eek
Where from and how?

Maybe you are just weird!:comfort: why would you weigh yourself before and after anyway?

did you check the water depth before and after you entered? maybe you absorbed the water:sly:

Your skin is porus, maybe you absorbed some that way. :ne_nau: I shouldn't worry about it, it's not real weight.

You're not alone, I weighed myself before and after and weighed lighter, I like a hot bath, so maybe I sweat the toxins out.

I've weighed myself before and after and weighed lighter post bath. I soaked in sea salt, I wonder if the salt had a drawing effect on my body's water content?

I always weigh up to .5kg lighter post bath, strange but true.
