Here is a really simple, healthy recipe for chewy Sultana cookies, a great way to allow the kids and adults to eat traditionally unhealthy food in a healthy way.

Preheat the oven to 200c
Ingredients
270g Oats
150g Sultanas
Honey - 3 heaped teaspoons
Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
4 ripe bananas (slightly spotty skin)
4 red apples
Method
Mash the bananas into a bowl
Grate the apples in the bowl
Add all of the outstanding ingredients into the bowl and give it a good stir.
Once all mixed, line a baking try with grease proof paper and add the mixture, making cookie shapes.
Place in the pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool before devouring them :sly:
