For the dough;

https://www.facebook.com/images/emoji.php/v9/f69/1/16/1f331.pngpinch of salt
https://www.facebook.com/images/emoji.php/v9/f69/1/16/1f331.png8g yeast
https://www.facebook.com/images/emoji.php/v9/f69/1/16/1f331.pngWater, start with 50ml and add additional as required.

Combine the ingredients and kneed for correct consistency, let rise for 1 hour+

Then for the topping;

- tomato purée
- herbs
- pepper
- tomato
- red onion

Oven @ 200 degrees and cook approx 20-30 mins.

The flour is healthier being wholewheat and organic

It’s nice to have a healthier pizza recipe, I watched a documentary on food and it’s affects on the body and pizza is horrendous it narrows the arteries and the damage lasts for a long time, I was shocked
