Healthy baked Onion Bhajis; I had these last night for dinner; seriously easy, quick and nutritious. perfect accompaniment to a curry or salad.
Combine these ingredients in a bowl;

https://www.facebook.com/images/emoji.php/v9/f69/1/16/1f331.png1 tablespoon cumin
https://www.facebook.com/images/emoji.php/v9/f69/1/16/1f331.pngsmall handful of fresh coriander
https://www.facebook.com/images/emoji.php/v9/f69/1/16/1f331.pngsalt & pepper
https://www.facebook.com/images/emoji.php/v9/f69/1/16/1f331.png1 teaspoon coconut oil
https://www.facebook.com/images/emoji.php/v9/f69/1/16/1f331.png20-30g milled flaxseed (optional)

Mix ingredients and add splashes of water as required to create consistency. Mould balls and bake for 30 mins @ 180. I give them a spray with frylight before putting them in the oven. Bon appetit!
